Sleeping Quarters.

A peek into my room and you will find...

The locker. The walls are pathetic.

My study table. Taken just after quiet time.

My roommate. His name is Chia something something. He's explaining how small his gun is. Haha.

And his table...

And thats how he sleeps. With his cartoony blanket. Haha.

Of sockets and chargers.

A watch and an elephant.

Shoes...

Dimensional drawing of a Russian Mikoyan MiG.

The place where I hibernate.

A feather. And it came from...

Here...

And here...

And here too...sorry, sudden pillow fascination.

Against the vandalized wall.

So that's pretty much my room. Hope its enough to give you a rough overview of it. Thats all, for now.

I'm back home again. Sweeet.

The Weekend.

It's nice to be home, though only for 3 days. And the chain of events that happened during those 3 days, was meaningful, somehow important and dear to me. Etched in the memory, never to be forgotten, even as time perpectually ticks away.

Sometimes, its the little things in life that matters. The time spent, no matter how brief, still completes the essence that makes it beautiful. Suffice to say, i enjoyed every moment of it.

Thank you. For Everything.

Glimpse.

Took some shots during my free time...

The view outside my room window.

Same place, but different angle.

Silhouette of the trees outside my hostel, during twilight.

Outside the premises.

I posted this for the sake of posting.

A person who posts is called a....poster.

Classes and stuff.

An average of a mere two hours of classes everyday. The excess time is killed by reading in my room and the occasional dota. Boring? It certainly is, if you ask me.

So, the supposedly 8am to 5pm class schedule was just bollocks. I guess thats good, in a way.

And yea, i'm slowly blending in, sorta getting used to the life here. Quite relaxed actually, coupled with the occasional visit to the library as an alternative place to study and also a temporary means of escape fr those crazy poker dudes. Mann, they poker 24-7. Lifeless, really.

The hangar houses an impressive range of winged birds, with a couple of helicopters too. cool.

My subjects include Physics, Engineering Mathematics, Electrical Fundamentals, Aerodynamics, Engineering Drawing and Mandarin (What?!) Yes, Mandarin. sigh....

And its destination home, tomorrow. Something to break my seemingly mundane schedule.

Thats all for now, folks. Over and out.

Dependant. But with the -IN left out?

Before i know it, I've got to go back to university life, after a 3 day break at home. I have to grudgingly admit that I've learnt to appreciate my house and my room and all the cosiness of it, and not forgetting mua parents, more. Not that i never appreciated it. It just that i sometimes take stuff for granted. Everyone does, at some point in life anyway.

So, classes are starting. It'll be 8am till 5pm, 5 days of the week, Crazy? Honestly, yes. For me at least. It'll certainly takes some getting use to. Coupled with ridiculously thick books and complicated figures. Thats all for starters, like me.

And seriously, I ain't really looking forward to it.

But on a lighter note, i have a bunch of crazy fellas to sustain me, to keep me going and to inject that much needed humor in my duration of study. And not forgetting my source of hope and strength, from skies above. I truly believe and trust that He will be there when i need Him.

I will look to you my God, thats where my hope comes from.

Thank you so much.

Hostel and life there.

Come Wednesday morning. All ready to go to check in the university's hostel. When i reached the hostel, it was void of people. Later i found out that everyone went for the orientation organized by the seniors, and they got bullied real bad. Haha suckers. I got away lucky, due to the late registration. I guess being late is not always bad eh.

Anyway, I'm sharing the room with another fella whose name i have unintentionally forgotten. Haha. Like someone said, have to nail his name into my head no matter how complicated it is, because i'll be stuck with him for like the entire first semester. But nevertheless, he's a nice guy. Real tall ass, though.

Classes are starting next week. So most of the time was wasted away by talking and mucking around with other nonsense people i met. Haha. But still, super lack of sleep wei. Lethargy reigns.

I'm home for the weekends. Gonna catch some sleep now.

University.

Ah finally, university. After not seeing nor touching study related materials for 7 months, i'm quite worried. Undoubtedly, it will take a little while to get the mental gears cranking again. And it ain't helping that the course is so damn tough.

I'm gonna pursue my Bachelor of Aircraft Engineering (Hons) at the Institute Of Aviation, which is located in Sepang. Why i took it, you ask? Well, i love planes. It was a boyhood dream of mine, not just mere fascination. Being around them is nice, what more fiddling and twiddling around with them. Haha. And not to mention the paycheck, oh my, the paycheck. Another thing to look forward too, i guess. But then have to work my arse and brains off first. Oh well. But then again, nothing comes easy in life.

Have to stay there for a semester too. 5 months, to be exact. But at least i get to come home during the weekends. I'm gonna miss
her and mummy's cooking.

Thats all for now, folks. I have to run. Chiaoz.

Compilation.

Just some random shots i took with my phone...some old, some new.

Joel's pillow.

Candid shot of my youngest bro, John.

FRIM at 7.45am in the morning.

Uncle's dog, Dutchess. Cute lil dog. Wears clothes too.

The boss of College Ball Committee, Ring Roe. And her sidekick Hui Lynn.

What a ingenious way to carry a kid around on a bike. But still, that chair is meant for babies...

Sesat car going the opposite direction at the toll booth. She must have entered the wrong lane.

Are you willing to go forward even without knowing where the end might be?

Legacy.

Here's to our beloved church founder and elder, Dr Koh Eng Kiat, who was called home after so many years faithfully serving FGA. We love you so much. Here's a lil something dedicated to a man who was a great leader that will always be remembered in our very own hearts.

God saw you were getting tired,
And a cure was not meant to be.
So He put his arms around you
and whispered, "Come with me."
With tearful eyes we watched you
as we saw you passed away.
Although we love you deeply,
We could not make you stay.
Your golden heart stopped beating,
hard working hands laid at rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us
He only takes the best.

I'm very sure our Heavenly Father is so proud of you, Dr Koh. And your legacy lives on. Forever.
