Mark Wahlberg is the supposedly heartless Max Payne. He's more like a brooding sissy in the movie. Wasted la.



The story line is somewhat like the game, the poor guy trying to find out the person who killed his family. The movie is confusing at the beginning, but it slowly unravels as it goes on. But its disappointing nevertheless, as I expected way much action, rather than bits of it thrown here and there occasionally.

But the dark angel is darn cool. It's due to some drug that messes with your brain, causing hallucinations.

The ending was potongg giler. Overall, this movie has loads of room for improvement.

Another thing worth mentioning is Olga Kurylenko. She plays some hot slut lol. She dies a violent death, early in the movie. What a waste and pity. She was last seen in the Hitman movie not too long back. Watch out for her in the upcoming Bond movie, the Quantum Of Solace, where she plays the Bond girl.
