Can she be that stupid?

Just 2 hours ago, one of the new staff was typing on the typewriter and turned to our supervisor, Kevin, and told him that she almost out of typing paper.Kevin answered, "Just use copier machine paper.". He was busy so he didn't really bothered refilling it, and asking her to go out and buy a new stack would be troublesome. So with that, my new colleague took her last remaining blank piece of paper and put it on the photocopier and proceeded to make five "blank" copies.

what the heck...she could've just taken the paper from the photocopy machine paper at the bottom lol.
